  2. Hirer confirms they are competent to operate equipment safely.
  3. Hirer responsible for damage, theft, misuse and recovery costs.
  4. No unauthorised operators permitted.
  5. No operation under drugs or alcohol.
  6. Hirer responsible for underground service checks.
  7. Cleaning, fuel and late fees may apply.
  8. Machine is supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Refuelling charges may apply if not returned full.
  9. Apex Hire not liable for misuse or operator negligence.
