When you submit a booking request we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, licence number, requested dates, and any notes you provide. We use this to quote, confirm, and deliver your hire.
How we use it
We use your information solely to fulfil your hire, contact you about your booking, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Storage & retention
Booking records are stored securely and retained for as long as required for tax and insurance purposes. You can request deletion of your record after that period by contacting us.
Your rights
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing apexhireco@gmail.com or calling 0410 012 326.
